2. Purpose of collection and use
We process personal information to the extent necessary to provide medical consultation and reservation information, respond to inquiries, identify members, provide services, and improve service quality.
3. Retention and use period
- Records related to medical treatment and reservations: 5 years in accordance with relevant laws and internal standards
- Consultation application record: 3 years after completion of consultation
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal, if there is a statutory preservation obligation, the relevant period
